    The folks I talked to in the morning were helpful and attentive, but I was very disappointed when I returned a few hours later to exchange the new-in-the-box, unused, never thrown casting net in order to buy a larger one. Mrs "all sales are final" at the front desk denied my appeal to exchange the unused net for a larger one. She called the owner on my behalf but they didn't oblige either.

    Come on y'all! No packaging was damaged, nothing was used. I understand a "no return policy" on harmonicas, food, oral care.... But an unused casting net with no damage to the packaging when I'm trying to turn around and buy a more expensive net??? Not only did you loose the profit from the higher sale, you lost a customer.
