    Fantastic location.

The condos are strangely decorated. I really don't want old family photos of people who are now dead hanging up in my vacation room.

The beds were extremely uncomfortable and were way too firm and I've slept on military cots for 7 months at a time.

The WiFi is terrible. Very weak signal and if you go anywhere in the building, you have to sign into numerous different routers. Worst of all, there is no signal at all available at the pool.

We had a smoke detector battery go bad and and after we reported it, we were handed AA batteries and told there was no maintenance. It was a Saturday, how is there no maintenance on the weekend before Memorial Day? Smoke detectors take 9 volt so I ended up just taking it down instead of listening to that annoying chirp all day and night.

Another guest there lied and told the employees her dog was a service animal. That dog attempted to attack my 2 year old unprovoked. Yes, it was unprovoked and happened in front of the woman working the front desk in the lobby. That isn't the employees fault. The woman working the desk was very sympathetic and very annoyed with the guest lying about her dog. My issue is with the management not kicking the woman out of the condos and allowing her to stay with that dangerous animal.

The location and views are great. It is very neat how you have the ability to see the gulf on two sides of your condo.

Although the kitchen is a little small and awkward for two people at one time, it has full size appliances which worked well. They also supplied all the pans and utensils you'll need.

Housekeeping was invisible but I know they existed because I put trash out by the door to take down with me and both times housekeeping had taken the bag within minutes. I didn't intend them to take it but they did, so that was nice.

The rooms are quiet. You won't hear your neighbors at all.

The rooms are large and there is plenty of space for large families like ours.

Don't let my cons above dissuade you, this is a good place to stay and we will stay here again. My negative comments are not a reflection on the employee working the front desk, she's fantastic. Its a reflection of some things the management needs to work on.

Also, bring your groceries with you or stop at the HEB on your way in, the local IGA grocery store is extremely expensive.
